Dr. Varsha Pillai, a seasoned communications professional with over two decades of experience, currently leads Gender Diversity and Advocacy initiatives for Women in Manufacturing at Tata Electronics. Her journey is anchored by a PhD from Symbiosis International University (2022), where her research focused on Gender Advocacy in Digital Media. Recognized internationally through prestigious fellowships including the NFAI Research Fellowship, Netherlands Fellowship, and Think Tank Initiative Fellowship in Geneva, she was named a Changemaker by Change.org India in 2022.
