Teesta Setalvad, social activist and writer, has faced many tribulations and challenges through the constant struggles she has had against the Establishment. Yet, the recent past has been particularly tough, especially in the context of her arrest last year by the Anti-Terrorism Squad of the Gujarat Police. The AIDEM’s Managing Editor Venkitesh Ramakrishnan caught up with Teesta during her recent visit to Kerala. In this freewheeling interview Teesta talks about her life in jail, how she withstood the travails of incarceration and her future plans.
