Sikar in Rajasthan had elections on April 19. One of the major contestants here was Amra Ram, leader of the CPI(M) and a prominent farmers leader. Swaraj Abhiyan leader Yogendra Yadav had worked for long with Amra Ram championing farmers’ issues, including in the historic farmers agitation of 2020-21.
