Madhav Arvind Deshpande

Madhav Arvind Deshpande has over four decades experience in the field of Computer Sciences and IT, especially in pathbreaking research areas. He is the former CEO of Tulip Software and was a Consultant in President Barack Obama’s Administration in the United States. He has also worked as a consultant to Federal, State and Local Governments in the US. Deshpande holds several patents, including the one on the extension of the ISCSI protocol.
