Even as Rishi Sunak gets ready to take over as the next Prime Minister of UK, the overwhelming opinion even among his Conservative Party peers is that he may not be able to inject a new vigour to the Tories. His Indian origins does impart excitement among a section of Indians but would that result in substantive improvement of the relations between the two countries?
